Graduate of Arts et Métiers and the IAE of Aix-en-Provence, Hubert Michalowski began his career at IBM. Then it joined the Credit du Nord during 4 years. It finally accumulated 15 of experiment in the capital investment, in particular with the SPEF and at PLS Venture. Among the companies which he looks after, appear Laser Cortex, Make Music, Scort, Airox, Sword, Impika and Neotion.

Renaud Finaz de Villaine

Director at Business & Decision , a European consulting firm specializing in CRM and BIStarted his career in 1976 with Sereg-Schlumbeger as a product manager. In 1982, worked with Jacques Pergay Inc. in New York as General Manager. In 1985, created his own company Point Compo SA. In 1990, became the General Manager of Adequat Consulting (ADDE) before joining Valoris in 1991 as Marketing Public Relations Director and as Director of Intellectual Capital in 1999.

Andre May

Engineer of the Central School of Lyon, André May began his career with the software firm Comelog Technologies New within which he developed more particularly the networks activities and telecom. He integrates in 1989 DECAN as a director of the Syntex subsidiary company, specialized in the fields networks and information systems. He Co-melts in February 1996 Mountain Software, as chairman. Soft Mountain develops and markets a software making it possible to generalize the communication and the interaction of the software components. Soft Mountain is sold in Versant (company dimensioned in Nasdaq). He joined TriNova in 1997.
